We are looking for a Finance Manager with education sector experience to join our team.
Maintains and administers approved accounting practices.
Ensure the timely preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting including (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
Ensure the adequacy of the internal financial controls and recommend changes in consultation with the Head of Finance in order to achieve the financial objectives.
Manage AR function to ensure timely billing and collection with clear reporting of cash flow position, including timely collections.
Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities including FTA, MOL, ADGM.
Assisting in the forecasting and preparing the annual budget and 5-year plans for the group.
Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Cater to ad-hoc management requirements.
Assisting in tax planning.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years as Finance Manager.
Professional Accounting qualification is a plus.
Carried out at least one ERP implementation.
