Position: HR, Admin cum Sales Coordinator
Dubai, UAE

Professional Background Preferred:
• Should have in total 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin
• Should have UAE Labor Law experience

• Manpower planning & Recruitment & Induction of New Employee
• Daily attendance management for all employees
• Generation of letters appointment, relieving & increment etc.
• Should manage employee grievances, complaints and issues
• Conduct exit interviews
• Manage the office administration responsibilities and routine office affairs
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Arrangements for travelling (booking flight tickets, pre booking of hotel rooms)
• Must handle sales coordinator responsibilities like creating and managing quotations, Invoices, LPOs
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our product

Education: MBA or equivalent educational qualification
