Hiring – Position: Manager Fleet Personnel
Ø Shore staff training and familiarization.
Ø Recruitment and assigning crew to company ships.
Ø Liaising with technical and commercial department Directors for training requirements.
Ø Conducting audits of the company office and ship SMS.
Ø Preparing terms of employment for sea staff.
Ø Preparing individual ship crew budget with associated monitoring and control expenditure.
Ø Maintaining records of qualifications, training and experience of sea staff on job training of shore staff.
Ø Encouraging crew members to improve and update their knowledge and training.
Ø Ensure vessels are manned with suitably qualifies seafarers.
Ø Participating in company monthly and yearly management meetings.
Graduate with experience in Crew Management/ Department
Sailing experience shall be beneficial
