Julphar is currently searching for Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the talent acquisition process to devises strategy and recruitment process, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign. The role responsibilities include sourcing of qualified candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. He / She will develop long-term recruitment strategies and build good rapport with potential hires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Preferably with Middle East Experience.
• Proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
