Job Description
– Responsible for implementation of Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) policies and procedures related to people services and protection of Company’s assets (people, property, material & info)
– Reduction in shrinkage, contributing towards profitability of the company
– Five key outcomes for this role will be -People services related support, Access management and compliance, Loss Prevention through compliance audits, checks/investigations, Fraud Risk Mitigation and Business Continuity Support
– Perform risk assessments of site & operation model and frame mitigation measures
– Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitor optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices
– Conduct detailed investigations within the policy framework, identify root cause & write report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement
– Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrink reduction matrix positively
– Build effective working relationship within team & manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers/ management action plan
– Effectively manage security services vendor for SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding force on SLP processes
– Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response
– Active liaison with Police and Government agencies at site level-

Qualification
– Graduate in any discipline
– Experience in the military, Para Military or Police service or any other law enforcement is preferred
– E-Commerce Experience is a must, Experience in operations or logistics security management experience, audits & inventory management and other SLP procedures would be added advantage
– Local Residents of Gurugram/Haryana
– Capable of effective communication and Coordination with internal and external interfaces
– Experience of working on security automation systems and different security technology applications
– Drive and determination with a result oriented mindset with proactive approach
– Possess skill in carrying out risk assessment checks, governance, audits and investigations and closure of incidents
– Strong business ethics, integrity and discretion
– Advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS office package specially Excel
– Basic knowledge of verbal & written English, Hindi/vernacular language
– Strong interpersonal skills & proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors
– Approx 45 Years of age with 20+ years of experience (Defence+Corporate)
